• 1. The “F31 Spin & Win” hereinafter referred to as “Contest” is being organized by “FRQ BRO PRIVATE LTD” having registered office at No.5-9 Epic Plaza, Head Post Office Road, Coimbatore-641001. Herein after referred to as “Organizer
• 2. ELIGIBILITY: The contestant should be an Indian citizen residing in Tamil Nadu and the Contestant should be above the age of 18 years old. The contestant necessarily needs to be a customer who purchases the OPPO F31 series mobile, from the Organizer’s authorized Retail mobile stores.
• 3. This contest is valid for a Limited period only commencing from 19th September to 3rd October 2025
• 4. Contestants who purchase any OPPO F31 series mobile and above from 19th September to 3rd October 2025 will be eligible to participate in the contest
• 5. The Contestant irrevocably agrees and grants permission to the organizer to use the customer data, photos, and other customer images for any product marketing and promotion-based advertisement in any form of social media.
• 6. Contest Procedure: Once the contestant/customer purchased the OPPO F31 series mobile phone, the customer will be guided by the OPPO OEC present in the stores to scan the QR Code present in the OPPO Tamilnadu Instagram page, or the OPPO OEC can show the QR Code from his/her mobile to the customer, Once the customer scans the QR Code, it will be redirected to a web page, where it will be asking a few basic inputs about the customers as mentioned below:
• 6. a. Customer Name, Mobile Number
• 6. b. Customer location, Customer PIN code
• 6. c. Mobile Purchased Store name
• 6. d. Purchased Model and IMEI Number
• 6 .e. Mobile Purchased Price, purchased Bill copy
• 6. f. Customer ID Proof like Aadhar, Voter ID, or Driving License (Image)
• 6. g. Photo proof of the customer holding the Purchased mobile phone.
• 7. On submission of the above documents by the contestant, the contestant is required to read and accept the terms and conditions that show up, and when the contestant selects the check box (I agree to the Terms & Conditions) and clicks on the submit button.
• 8.The Submit button will move to the “Scratch Card” part, and when the contestant Scratch the Card, if the contestant is lucky, he will win a prize/gift, and if he is unlucky, he will not win a gift.
• 9.The Prize are as stated, and are not transferable to other individuals and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• 10.Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the prize winner. (Gift tax)
• 11. Once the winner is selected through the F31 Spin & Win, the winners will be informed to collect the gift within three [14] working days from the date of the winner announcement in the same shop where they purchased the mobile
• 12. During the time of gift submission, the winner’s mobile phone will be verified by the organizer’s sales team, and Marketing manager, whether the IMEI number in the mobile of the customer matches with the entries data provided, winner bill details will be verified and the winner will share their proof along with a picture/scanned copy of their Self attested address proof and Id Proof issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
• 13. Any participants who don’t have a valid proof of the IMEI number and their purchase verification will not be eligible to claim the gifts from the organizer.
• 14. If the winner fails to collect the gifts within 14 days from the date of information, then the winner cannot claim the gift and the gift will be forfeited by the organizer with or without prior information.
• 15. No fees or other sums are to be paid to the contestants on account of taking part in the afore-mentioned contest. The contestants have relinquished all their rights and claims with regard to uploaded pictures and name which is being used by the FRQ BRO PVT LTD, The contestant agrees and provides consent to the Organizer for the use of any personal data as provided by the contestant for the purpose of participation in this Contest in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and other applicable laws, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by the Organizer for a lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Contest, including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing, and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Contest.
• 16. Contestant agrees that the organizer shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize whatsoever.
• 17. M/s, Frq Bro Pvt. Ltd reserves all the rights to change the prizes/gratification for the winners of the contest. In case of any changes, winners may / or may not be informed.
• 18. The provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and any other relevant laws in force will attract for this agreement and all disputes arising out of the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Chennai courts only.
• 19. The Organizer also reserves the right to amend/modify, update, change, add, withdraw, or dismiss the terms and conditions of this Contest, with or without the contestant’s explicit approval and with or without any intimation.
• 20. At its sole discretion, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Contest with or without giving any prior information to the contestants.
• 21.The Organizer reserves the right at its sole decision to disqualify any contestant or winner who has breached any of these terms and conditions set forth herein.
• 22.This Contest is for Marketing & promotional purposes only. The contestant who is participating in the contest is purely voluntary.
• 23.The decision of the Organizer with regard to the Contest shall be final, binding, and non-challengeable.
• 24.Prize images are for reference only. Prize shown and/or represented for the running of this Contest shall be subject to availability. The prize/gift given is non-returnable. As far as the Quality, color/size / make / model issues if any, then the contestant shall contact the concerned gift product’s manufacturer/vendor only, and at no point, in time Organizer be held liable for such issues arising out of the products that were gifted to the winners of the contest. Organizer shall not be liable for any repair/replacement of the prize/gift whatsoever that was given to the winners of the contest.
• 25. By entering this Contest, the Contestant agrees to indemnify and keep the Organizer and its affiliates, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents, and representatives indemnified and harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by the Organizer due to or in any way arising from this Contest.
• 26. The Contestant agrees to discharge and release the Organizer from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this contest or to the Contestant’s entry in the contest.

I, hereby grant permission to Frq Bro Pvt, Ltd., its affiliates & and agents, to use my image for appreciation in its publications, advertising, or other media activities (including the internet, broadcast, and print & social media).

I am really happy to be a OPPO customer, & shared my photos/pictures for appreciation & and promotion purposes, I hereby waive my right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my photo/ image by Frq Bro Pvt Ltd, This consent includes, but is not limited to: a. Permission to interview, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of me and/or record my voice, image, and feedback. b. Permission to use my name including other disclosed details; and c. Permission to use quotes from the interview(s) (or excerpts of such quotes), the films, photographs, tapes, or reproductions of me, and/or recording of my voice, in part or in whole, in its publications, in newspapers, in magazines and other print & social media, on television, radio and electronic media (including the internet). d. Irrevocably agree that I will not claim any proprietary rights, title, interest, and royalty over my image, recorded video, and or any interview statements, or feedback in any manner whatsoever. e. I do not expect any monetary benefits, compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of these photographs/videography whatsoever.

I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this consent/release form before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release. I give my consent on a voluntary basis and of my own will.
